Tazerland Penitentiary Center (TPC) is a maximum-security correctional facility that houses female county inmates, including death row prisoners. Through specialized custody agreements, TPC also accepts inmates transferred from foreign governments and authorized private organizations. Designed for the highest-risk offenders, the facility maintains strict security protocols, with inmates kept under constant surveillance and subject to continuous restraint policies when required.
