WHEREAS, the individual identified herein as MICAELA RACHAEL RUIZ, carrying the institutional designation number #QO126695, has been lawfully tried, convicted, and sentenced to the ultimate penalty of death by a court of competent jurisdiction.

AND WHEREAS, all standard appeals, clemency reviews, and stays of execution have been exhausted, denied, or waived, rendering the sentence final and absolute.

THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to receive the said individual and, within the confines of your designated secure facility, carry out the sentence of death upon the aforementioned individual via LETHAL INJECTION.
