On this day, during the festivities of the Kingdom of Ariana, the public execution of Delhia Demina—a lesbian and a heretic—was carried out in accordance with the sentence pronounced against her.

Informed at dawn, the condemned woman was dressed in the silken garb of heretics and chained in the cell for those awaiting execution.

At four o'clock in the afternoon, she was handed over to the female executioner; properly shackled, she was taken by mule—along with her accomplice—to the temple, where she heard her confession and received the final anointing.

She was then brought to the Place Royale to undergo the final preparations before being led to the scaffold and fitted for the garrote.

At five-thirty in the evening, after the pyre of her lover had been set ablaze, the condemned woman was strangled.

Her body was then placed upon the pyre and reduced to ashes, which were scattered at the Cliffs of Oblivion.
